KTG presents on Disaster Preparedness @ ANFP #ACE2015

Stephanie Luros-Gilbert, Director of Marketing & Business Development and Jim Beach, Disaster Preparedness Coordinator for Kitchens To Go, Built by Carlin, recently presented the “Hot Topics” General Session at the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals’ 2015 Annual Conference and Expo, recently held in Orlando, FL.  The subject addressed was Disaster Planning and Emergency Preparedness.  The Presenters utilized first person accounts and case study findings to share the fiscal and demographic impact of recent disasters effecting the United States, along with how senior living facilities and the non-commercial foodservice marketplace at large can leverage mobile and modular kitchens, along with other solutions, to properly prepare their facilities and operations in the event of a disaster.
